01 General Terms & Conditions

Carry time (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any carry time service.

By registering on our platform or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. carry time reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — any changes will be notified via the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Carry Time, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person is permitted to open one account only. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• You must open and operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf. Managing an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
• Valid identification documents must be submitted for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

After registering, you are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

03 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on carry time:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount is ৳50 BDT. The maximum amount is determined by the user's account level.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Result Determination: Bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with official authority announcements. In the event of any technical error, Carry Time reserves the right to make corrections.
• Incorrect Odds: carry time reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds.

In any betting dispute, carry time's decision is final. If you wish to raise an objection, please contact Support within 72 hours.

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Carry time supports Bangladesh's major mobile payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment terms are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200. Maximum deposit is BDT 50,000 per day (subject to change based on account tier).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdraw via Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC Verification: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Currency: All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Transaction History: Records of all deposits and withdrawals will be stored in your account for up to 90 days.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Carry Time regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when using these offers:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x to 20x). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will be automatically forfeited.
• A bonus, once: Each welcome bonus is applicable only once per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Combining Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering conditions: Certain bonuses may only be applicable to specific games or markets.

Carry time reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse and cancel bonuses where necessary. Full details for each bonus are listed separately alongside the relevant offer.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Carry Time:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Betting using insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or insulting other members.
• Knowingly exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform for personal gain.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Carry Time may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of these terms and conditions.
• For providing false or misleading information during KYC verification.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• In cases of security risks or suspicious activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.

08 Liability Limits

Carry time is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party errors (e.g., payment gateway issues).
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government directives, and similar circumstances.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or error.

Under all circumstances, carry time's total liability is limited to the amount involved in the specific transaction in question. Claims for indirect losses or loss of profit will not be accepted.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is our highest priority. By registering with carry time, you agree to our Privacy Policyas well.

• Your information will not be sold to third parties.
• No information will be disclosed without a legal obligation to do so.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.

10 Terms Amendment Policy

Carry Time reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the platform.
• You will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• The effective date of any changes will be clearly displayed on the page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please request to close your account.

11 Responsible Betting Policy

Carry time is committed to responsible betting. We believe betting is for entertainment, not as a source of income. To support this, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given period.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from betting for 7, 14, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account.
• Reality Check: Review a summary of your betting time and amounts at regular intervals.
